Please come to your appointment with no make up on the area to be treated. In Clinic we use oil free make up remover which will be gentle on existing extensions.

• Patch tests are suggested before your treatment, if refused you will be asked to sign a waiver form

• Avoid getting lash extensions wet for 24 hours after your treatment.

• No sauna or steam room for 24 hrs

• You should not need to use mascara on top of your lash extensions

• If eyeshadow or eyeliner is applied please use oil free make up remover

• Oils will break down the adhesive so we recommend avoiding rubbing creams into the lash line area.

• Good news is there are some lash growth serums that are compatible with eyelash extensions. Please ask your technician for advice 

• For those passionate to prolong lash life, try sleeping on your back or use a shaped pillow to avoid compression around the eye area
